Seven: June 18, 2017 McAdam, New Brunswick

The ghosts of railroading's former glory live in McAdam, New Brunswick. Canadian Pacific's massive station and hotel haunt the imagination whispering of adventures that are long since gone. It is the kind of place I would have loved to check into while I waited for a train across Maine or deeper into the Canadian Maritimes. This was once a busy place, servicing long-haul and local passagener trains of the Canadian Pacific, seeing an attempt by a war-time saboteur nearby, and a once busy yard that has been reduced to few active tracks of a shortline.
